We can only get better if we push our body to its limits and break those limits. I have done this in the past and it's a great challenge I call it the 200 challenge every day for 30 days you do 200 pushups, sit-ups and squats on top of what ever it is your doing for that days workout.
Rules you have to do it all at the same time no spreading it threw out the day but you can do it in different sets. It's preferred you post when your done with it it helps to keep you accountable and motivate others. I will be starting on the 20th of February WHO IS READY TO DESTROY IT WITH ME!!!
