How does it work?
- Create short workout here on workout trainer, 6-8 mins long. Choose excercises like plank or squats or mountain climbers or any excercise that will make you sweat.
- Do that mini workout once a day
- Enjoy in doing something nice for your body :)
Goal: get used on daily sweat, make excercise a daily habit, learn to commit and stay motivated through the time.
First step is the hardest!
