What kinds of food should i eat and avoid? Thanks

There are many different theories of what is healthy and what should we eat to be fit, some say eat meat, eggs, diary, other say become vegetarian or vegan...I think nobody doesn't know 100% what should we eat, but there are some things that all agree on: Don't eat: junk food, sweets, soda drinks, cheep vegetable oils, all sorts of meals where you need chemistry degree to understand what are you eating. Do eat: vegetables, fruits, un-processed food...

And very important, dont overeat, but don't starve yourself either. If you can, buy less, but better quality food.

Here's what ya gotta do dude eat 6 quality small meals a day (lots of protein and carbs - but not sugary carbs) get supplements (Optimum gold standard whey protein powder is good, also I like MuscleMilk brand muscle milk) stop eating/avoid these foods: candy, ice cream, cookies, sodas, chips, fried foods, butter, margarine, palm oil, vegetable shortening, stay away from sugary foods, fats, and too much salt avoid snacking, yes it is hard start eating these foods: edamame, greek yogurt, bananas, natural peanut butter, walnuts, protein bars/cookies, drink lots of water, avocados, blueberries, canned sardines, chia seeds, cottage cheese,...
