As soon as my headphones go in...a switch triggered as I run up the stairs to the gym room...

Harder is not hard enough my workouts are 3x10 and 2x5 sets to failure for each workout.   Heavy as possible!

Push like your life depends on it...

That's good training that how I train when I now started I need 4 to 5 hr now to feel a good burn warm up alone is 270 an train till it burns
