Weight loss challenge

Hey there! I would like to get a group started for a weight loss challenge. Starting Monday for however long it takes to reach the weight loss goal! I would say 5-10 lbs? Whoever reaches this first wins. Don't let somebody else beat you to your successful healthy life!! Post some workout suggestions.

I'm up for this challange, my sister and her college roommates are coming to visit. Perfect time for a challange.I've been averaging 11,500 steps per 5 days a week. I haven't lost a pound. I will increase my workouts. Thanks this is good motivation. Crystal
