Well I weighed myself this morning 
Starting weight 144lbs
Goal weight 129lbs
By next Monday I hope to be 142lbs
What is everyone's start and goal weight?

I was a 198.1 when I started. I'm now down to 189.6 (and dropping) :-)

Sons birthday on the 11th. Going to lose 5 pounds by then

Hmmm this seem's to be really hard, but ehy wanna try it, I'm obese for height I'm 5" 8' and weights about 215 lbs as of the moment. And planning to lose weight. Would love to hear suggestions for diet and exercise. Ty

All I can say is make the no brained decisions first... No reg. Soda no candy choose whole grains instead of white look up myfitnesspal. Through app store makes it more convenient to track your food

Thank's I'll try it out, i don't know right now I'm steadily getting back into my exercise routine but food wise im having raisin bran for breakfast, 2 chicken tenders for lunch and dinner not much of a choice and or salad.
