Once the challenge starts everyone log their progress in. Ex. Day 1^30 - 50 Squats , Day 2^30- 60 Squats and so on ....
I'm in!!! I've never loved squats that much but I guess it's time to!!

It's saturday 30th June here in Europe. Just did my 50 squats and it felt easy so far!
I finished day 1, 50 squats. It was easy to me too. Have a nice weekend everyone.

OMG that got harder for sure.
Must admit, had to have a 2 second break after 60.. then did 10 more. Let me off?
