I accept it :) I also, doing other 30 days squats challenge now. And already see my butt is getting bigger. So, I really like squats Okay. after I complete squats, do I post here?

The regular ones. I've been doing plie squats for 2 weeks but the regular ones seem to be more effective.

Okay. I usually do squats mix a lot. I do plie, parallel, regular and I carry my daughter which her weight is 27 around.

Hey I'm new to the app. I would like to join you guys. Let me know what's a good form.

Since you're new you should start out with basic squats or prisoner squats. When you bend for the squat make sure your knees don't go over your toes. I have several squat workouts in my liked workouts on my profile, you can start there or just do a search for one that suits you

Day 2 --- 55 squats done. Its really easy for me but I know it gives effect my lower body.

I have a suspicious feeling that my form is not quite correct. How do you guys keep your torso upright when squating down?

As long your knees aren't going over your toes it's ok to lean forward a bit. I practiced in front of my couch, squatting just enough to tap your butt on the seat and bringing yourself back up. As far as your torso and back, focus on rolling your shoulders back that should help keep your form
