Do as many add 5 pounds every time you do 10 of each of these!!!!!! Pushups, situps, squats, burpies, and jogging or running for each lap. The see how many rounds you can go! Tell me if you'd like to challenge yourself. And I'll try to help you out. Maybe give you some pointers. You don't have to tell me anything or an thing like that if ya don't want tho! :)
