I wanted to go running today but it's 86 degrees and people are telling me I should not do that because I do get heat exhaustion really quick I need help trying to figure out what I could do for today or on days like this. any suggestions?
I go running in 100 degree weather. Just drink water you'll be fine. 86 is pretty decent. And if the heat is too much then just go in the morning or night. Problem solved.
