I challenge you all to try out, push yourself beyond the limit, don't drop until you have to drop and post your results! I'll do it later in the day.

I can't believe i just did a 4 minute walk sit, rested for 2 minites and did another 2:15! If i can do it, you could have pushed for more!(^_-)
