Don't have any equipment but still looking for a brutal workout? I've created three full body workouts without the need of any equipment (although a step might help). Each workout is about an hour long and burns over 500 calories. They combine strength and endurance exercises with some cardio bursts to keep the heart rate up. The three workouts are meant to be done without any rest day in between. Aim for 25 reps of each exercise!
