Think you're good at Push-Ups?
I am a BIG fan. They might just be my favorite bodyweight exercise. So, naturally, I decided to create a workout consisting entirely of Push-Ups.
The workout starts with the most simple of variations and slowly moves to much more difficult ones. Aim for however many reps of each you wish, but make it the same for each variation.
I added a few cardio bursts to keep that heart rate up.
You'll probably have to google some of them.
