Looking for a core challenge? #TeamFitness

Everybody loves a strong core. You'd be crazy not to.
The core is by far my favorite muscles to work, so I created a three part core (and cardio) workout. Meant to be done all in one day in any order you wish. Aim for 25 reps of each exercise!

No equipment needed.

I just revamped each workout! Did Core X 3 at midnight last night. Loved it!
