Last week, I broke my foot while dancing my birthday blues away. This week I'm designing my own workouts that I can do without standing.

Life throws lemons. How are we going to make lemonade?

I can't afford a gym membership so I use the few things I do own to workout. Got a used weight bench too with weights for $50 for early birthday gift. I'm currently searching for work in a new state, knowing no my struggle is to stay focused,  positive and patient. ( in life and fitness) So far, so good!
