I'm looking for a challenge to do with someone. I'm a college student, and I need to keep in shape and lose weight while at school. So nothing too time consuming.
I am challenging myself to loose weight and get back in shape. I know all about time constraints. As for eating right, I am starting with a 7 day boot camp diet, then a 14 day diet. Last time I did this, plus walking at least 20 a day, 15 minutes each time, I lost 10lbs in a month. The key is to prep all your meals for the week at one time, and mark them. Sounds like a lot of work, but is quicker to do than it sounds. Preparing meals ahead of time means that you are less likely to skip and grab the wrong thing in a hurry.
