I'm looking for a challenge to do with someone. I'm a college student, and I need to keep in shape and lose weight while at school. So nothing too time consuming.

My current challenge is drinking only black coffee, tea, unsweetened juices, and water. Im also trying to only eat snacks Ive prepped for myself. Today its dried pineapple and mini bell peppers!

Whatever tea; black herbal, green... As long as it's not sweetened.

I am challenging myself to loose weight and get back in shape. I know all about time constraints. As for eating right, I am starting with a 7 day boot camp diet, then a 14 day diet. Last time I did this, plus walking at least 20 a day, 15 minutes each time, I lost 10lbs in a month. The key is to prep all your meals for the week at one time, and mark them. Sounds like a lot of work, but is quicker to do than it sounds. Preparing meals ahead of time means that you are less likely to skip and grab the wrong thing in a hurry.
