Your training and nutrition are direct translations to your health, fitness, and lifestyle. Your effort, dedication, accountability, and intensity determine whether or not you succeed to be the best you possible. If you fail, it's because there was some shortcut that you took versus grinding against the instinct to stop short of your maximum effort. I'm chasing greatness and daring all others to do the same. I think an easier way to stay motivated and dedicated is to create new goals often. I make sure to tell others about those goals because it helps keep me accountable. Should I stop pursuing the goal, someone else will also know that I didn't stick to my words. Also, just make working out the one invest into yourself that no one else can give to you. Hope it helps you
