For personal log: In the month of fasting, going to challenge myself an hour of walk daily.Walking is Great full body workout which helps to increase metabolism.I need it because I already having holidays from work.I will log my steps and walk on this forum.
Day 3: done and steps are 6700.10,000 steps in one hour walk seems very very difficult. so target should be like 8000 hun..ok
Day 4: walked for 1 hour and 20 minute to reach 8000 steps.
Day 5: skipped because of domestic problem.brother got injured due to accident.
Day 6: done with casual walk.
Day 7,8:could not find time because of busy routine.I am not liking myself when domestic chores load up and affect my routine..I was tired in previous days.not happy with myself.
Casual walk on day 10.cool breeze is there so yes.unable to count steps because my mobile was on charging
Day 11: once again nice early morning wind has taken me beyond my world.
Day 12: I barely managed to walk today.But I noticed starting is difficult sometimes.Once you have started you goes nicely.So First step matters!!!
Day 13: 1 hour with jogging and reverse jogging.It was fun
Day 14: body is tired so just did casual walk for one hour
Day 15:one of the best day I have today.incorporated duck n monkey walk.its a good burn
Day 16: one hour by using arm of couch and I ran jogging,jog at the spot.at the end My sister said can you sleep now.I said ok.
