Pushup Challenge!

So I've been doing this on my own lately but thought maybe other people would want to try it with me. So the challenge is to do at least 200 push-ups a day. It doesn't have to be all at once either. I usually do mine in 5 sets of 40 push-ups throughout the day. I want to see if anyone, along with myself, make any noticeable physical changes over time. This will definitely improve your mood and build your arm and chest muscles!

That is a fantastic goal . Keep at it.

This is sad... I used to be able to do 100 a day... Yesterday, I did 10 and 20 kneeling pushups and my shoulders are feeling like hell right now. :(
