Road to 5k+Progress Updates(Ongoing)

Hey guys pretty sure people have done this challenge before but I am challenging you guys once more to join me on my baby steps to running 5km and this will be a great way to build up stamina anyone who wants to join me on my road to 5k is more than welcomed
•The plan is running 3-5 times per week
•start the first week by walking in your own pace(but not shopping mall slow pace youre not shopping) for 5 mintues and then jog for a minute or 2 every time if you can if you cant jog just start by walking in fast pace repeat this till you finish the walk- Walk/Jog for 2.5km
•Second week walk fast pace for a few minutes as a warm up - After that Jog for 3-5min and then walk fast pace again 3-5min and repeat - 2.5km distance
This is what I have planned for the first 2 weeks if anyone one to join you are more than welcomed
Except increasing stamina Im working on losing weight so this is great to incorporate
I have a huge motivation problem so joining me and supporting each other would really help ^•^

I think I'm in. I'm trying to lose 50 pounds and this will definitely help

Thats great Alyssa weight loss and increasing stamina are my main goals :) In starting today and will be posting my progress here on this topic
