I just want to work up an endurance for exercising ; Im not really looking to lose weight.

I like the way exercising makes me feel, it makes me in a better mood also !! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

I'm just getting back to working out again after having a heart attack as I was just too big for my body ... heart couldn't support the sheer demand n juicing for 3 years didn't help, but at 247 an 8% body fat I was a beast lol. Looking for 225 n under 10% fat, need 25 lbs by summer ;)

I'm trying to lose about 5 more pounds with excercise and diet then start on building lean body mass and decreasing my body fat %

I just lost 22 pounds, now my goal is to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle while lowering my body fat percentage. I am already 5 pounds towards my goal.

Improve my BMI, get back to a fit me and be into or really close to a two piece belly baring swimsuit by the last swim in the lake this summer!!

Run the 40 yrd dash under 4.7 seconds..run 5 miles without stopping, bench press 385 pounds at a weight of 170 lbs!

I want to get stronger chest muscles and burn the fat from my lower abs... In general trim away fat and get healthy...
I plan to drink atleast 70oz of water aday
And hopefully after 4 weeks I can have visible pecs and stronger abs that show...

To overcome bulimia. I used to be in pretty bad shape about 6 months ago. It took me some time but I am done with that hurtle and am now trying to become healthier the right way. And in return lose fat and weight.

TO become a stronger healthier me, how my body ends up looking is just a bonus. Not to say I don't want abs, because I do! But I ultimately just want to be healthy. Health gives me confidence. 😊
