WHAT'S YOUR GOAL ?!
I just want to work up an endurance for exercising ; Im not really looking to lose weight.
I like the way exercising makes me feel, it makes me in a better mood also !!
Well I was raining for my first track meet this season, then I hurt myself being stupid so I just working to heal
I just lost 22 pounds, now my goal is to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle while lowering my body fat percentage. I am already 5 pounds towards my goal.
I wannt to lose weight love working out im144 but gonna get to 130
Lose weight, become stronger and tone my arms and legs!
Where do you come from??
To overcome bulimia. I used to be in pretty bad shape about 6 months ago. It took me some time but I am done with that hurtle and am now trying to become healthier the right way. And in return lose fat and weight.
Im trying to get right. Trying to lose 25 pounds and maybe get back in the military. I'll take any tips if you got'em
