Mine will be a little stunted this week, as I only made it a hair over a mile yesterday after tweeking my knee, but I'll do it!

Do we have to go up and down everywhere or just walk or run 6 times around our yard

Hi Callie. It is 10 miles total throughout the week. Walk, run, and/or hike. They have apps that can help you figure out the distance of your yard. Look forward to hearing from you!

Broke the jogging stroller out and ran 2.7 miles today.

I got a late start today, but ran 2.5 miles. Was not planning to go that far, but you all motivated me today. I am at 6 miles. Thanks everyone!

I'm in. I usually net little over three miles walking the dog and do this twice a day for a nice 6+ miles. This was great for me in losing a tone of weight but I have since hit an equilibrium. I'm going to try for 10 miles of running to try and get those old results. Here's hoping the weather works with me.

Increasing your activity is always good when you hit a plateau. Glad your in the challenge!

Did a little more than norm today (9.7) but only got about 2 miles worth of jogging and felt every min of it.

Id like to join too!  I already did.my 10 this week, but ill start a new week monday.  I need to let these shin splints take a breather lol.

I ran 1.5 today. I could tell I was still recovering from yesterday's run. That is going to happen. Some days are better than others depending on fluids, diet, etc. I am at 7.5 so far. Keep me posted how your doing!

Took advantage of the sunny day and plan to continue doing so. Made the goal for the week but only about 4 miles were jogging. Did another 2 miles worth of jogging in place for a workout today and hope to repeat it to add more to my total.

I've managed to get in almost 5 miles over the past 3 days. Resting tonight, running 3 in morning, then 3 on Sunday before settling into a regular routine.

Just finish a 5km walk/run. Total for the week 20km. Week1 complete. 
Starting again on Monday.

Starting next week! Plan on a 2 mile run every day for 2 weeks minus sat ans sun and then move to 3 miles

I did it!!! I did the 10 miles for the week. It feels really good. I am going to rest Sunday and start again Monday. 

If any of you had a hard time your first week, that is okay. Just start up again. Let me know how your doing!!!
