I have been inspired by you and your followers. My workouts never last. I yoyo from one thing to the next to quitting altogether Im doing ths challenge. Its day 2. I completed 4 miles. My biggest  struggle is finding me time M-F, the days I work.  Time runs from me and Im exhausted, and Im not a morning person.  Still, I need this. I will do it. Wish me luck.😊

You can do this! I have a similar schedule. It get's easier when it becomes a routine. I am so excited your on board!

Ok, I wish I would have seen this while I was laying in bed debating wether or not to get up and run before my husband went to work 💫I will still jump on board!!! Lets do this!

if u r a begginer or have a short breath when u run..check this schedual on this site

it has running programes from a begginer to advanced..it has the same method i use....hope it will be handy👋

I would love to join this. Once it stops snowing here I plan on walking/jogging 3-4 times a week. 😄

Week 2. So far today while walking the dog for 2 hours I covered a distance of 7 miles and jogged a further 1.4 miles. Really want to reverse those numbers.

I surprisely did 3 miles today on the treadmill for 1 hour. At 7 miles total. I will rest tomorrow. Thank you Sierra and Noa for the kind words of encouragment. I was dead tired after leaving work this evening. But went to the gym anyway and did more than expected. I feel great.

Day 5:
3.2km/30min

That ends my 1st week with a total of 14.6km..✌
I'll do something else 2morrow..maybe skate..than ill start again on thu my 2nd week...

I'm so glad to find this topic. It would be nice if I can participate in the challenge, just need to get rid of this exercise laziness.. Hopefully i can meet my goal by having other people to share workout experience.. Thanks Sierra for helping us stay motivated :-)

I did 1.6 miles of jogging which I'm surprised with considering the poor weather for me.  I'm now sitting on an even 3 miles.

That is good. Sometimes it is hard with bad weather if you enjoy working out outside. Hopefully it will get better with spring coming.

Errr. Still bad weather out and didn't want to run in it and get sick, but that didn't stop me from bundling up and walking the dog. by the time we made it back looked like he had been swimming. 
So it was another jog inside day for me with 4.3 miles. Bringing the total to 7.3. Hump day was kind to me.

I ran 2 miles today. Puts me at 5.5 for the week! Ran faster today. Felt good!

Well my dog didn't appreciate the walk/shower that much apparently. I had to show him it was sunny out today before he got excited for our morning walk. The cold didn't bother him but I was taking it slow. You are doing great yourself. I imagine your dog got to be pretty lean to keep up with you.

I am not as good a dog owner as you! My white lab runs me and I can't keep up. So run without her!!!

Thanks for this post.I've been walking 2 miles a day for 2 days now. Tomorrow will be my 3rd day. This fit well to what im trying to do for now based on trying to be able to run again.
