2nd Week(day 1):
2.2km...🚶/

have the power 2 do more, but i have a painfull bruse on my thigh cuz i fell yesterday racing on my scooter..

Good! A 25 minute walk is good. Try to figure out how many miles you went.

I ran 10.7 k's Today, I run every alternate day 
I ran 30k's in past 5 days 😊

I walk / run 35-40 miles a week. It's awesome!

Only a mile for me today just to pick up my car somewhere cus I had my brother take it this morning.

Total of 5 miles this week.

I noticed yesterday that I need to buy a belt for a pair of one of my jeans. I was so excited!!!

I had sun today! Ok, temp was cold but the biting air was more like an angry squirrel than a grizzle once it got to noon, so it was kind of refreshing. Put up 3.3 on the old pedometer today running. Happy with that number but honestly thought I was going to do better today. Still, pretty much set for the week and there are still plenty of days left to add some more miles.

I ran 2 miles today. Puts me at 7.5. I feel like I am getting into a good routine! Hope your all feeling the same!

2nd week(day 2):
w/r 4.2km/37min...

when i get tired or out of breath while i was running 2day, i think about all the ppl here who can run 10km a day..makes me try harder💪...thanx every1✌

Did 2.5 today brings me to 8.5 for the week.  I dont usually walk on,saturdays but im gonna finish this week with at least 10!

Week 2
Did a 7.89km walk run today.
Total of week 11km.
One more day left and I need to do 5km. 
I going to need some motivation tomorrow to complete the challenge.

I know you can do it! Remember you can either walk/run/hike or a combo!

Started my 3 miles of power walk/jogging today but halfway, it started raining but I finished it (hopefully I wont get sick.. again) 💫

I have walked/run between 2 miles and 5k each day this week... I might have to do a half mile or so on a stairmaster.... In addition!

I use the stairmaster every once in awhile at the gym! Those machine's are tough, but I always feel like I conquered a mountain afterwards!

I just wanted to say how great you all are at supporting each other! 

I ran 2 miles today. I really struggled the last quarter mile, but pushed through it! I am at 9.5! So close!

First day i just walked all day with my pedometer. Today I ran 2 miles. I always run 2-4 miles on Mon, wed, Fri,& I try to find time on one weekend day time at least run 2miles. :)
