I'm gonna regret this but I have a week off college so I was gonna work put more ... That's when I thought I know what il do ... So now I'm giving the world a chance ... Post workouts and challenges on this forum then follow me to see if I do them be as harsh as you like lol

Ok do a wall plank for as long as you can. Maybe 1.5 - 2 mins. Depends on arm muscle
