If you do squats, don't hour thighs get bigger rather than slim down??

You legs slim down because you are taking away the fat in them once you have got the fat away you start to build up muscle and that's when you legs can look bigger again but they look healthy :)

Air squats? Or weighted, I'm trying 135 lbs x 100 but not every day:) off days ill do weightless

You are not letting your muscles stretch....Thirty days strait will kill your muscles. Every other day allows for rest and growth. Make it two months. No need to injure yourself..
