Hey so I'm new to the app, but I need a challenge to help me loose fat in my butt. I am willing to do whatever it takes. Please help

If u want to loose ur butt...do some rope jumping/running or jogging/squats..these things will burn the fat

u can search this app for butt workouts to tone ur muscles.. good luck
