It's crazy I've been working out with free weights for years and the results was good but crossfit has changed my body 10fold, so if you want results and really like a challenging and a great burn everytime you do WOD go for it Thursday ghd sit-ups and 5 pull-ups five rounds, have fun and push it to the limit people

Crossfit can be great,  just think there are alot of exercises that are just plain stupid and just scream injuries. Specially for beginners. Hate the people who act like crossfit is some kind of relegion.

I could do a heck of a lot more with $150/month, our $1800/year, and i'm still in just as good of shape as any cross fitter. I won't knock the workouts, hell I steal some ideas, but my workouts are free. I still can do muscle ups, run a sub 6-mile, and do one-armed push ups
