It's crazy I've been working out with free weights for years and the results was good but crossfit has changed my body 10fold, so if you want results and really like a challenging and a great burn everytime you do WOD go for it Thursday ghd sit-ups and 5 pull-ups five rounds, have fun and push it to the limit people
Crossfit can be great, just think there are alot of exercises that are just plain stupid and just scream injuries. Specially for beginners. Hate the people who act like crossfit is some kind of relegion.
I love fitting crossfit into my routine along with my other workouts.
