HAPPY FRIDAY!Hey drinking water buddies,the more water you drink the more your body and skin will thank you for it.

So during the weekend is a bit challenging because your out with friends.Drinking wine,soda,beer can be tempting.So what is your plan for today?

MyUpdate:I went to Five Guys yesturday to get a veggie sandwich.I almost reached for the soda.But didnt!I had two long bottles of the Smart Water.So I fill that up everyday.Day 3 will be the same.Wooohooo lets get pumped guys!

Did u know that the water u drink is from under ground?  The water plant has a filter in the plant that gives us the water we need to stay heathy. It gives us the energy we need from the water.  Strong & Toned Arms: L2

Keep doing this. Going on fir months no soda. Stopoed one weekend and cant drink any Soda. Any more.

Personally, I think moderation is key in everything. Though when you start to limit yourself you don't really crave it anymore! So good for you!
