Health Concerns That Inhibit Workouts

I had a car accident two years ago that brought to light a clotting disorder I was diagnosed with. I have joined a gym since then and swim, walk, do aqua aerobics, and yoga. I Feel like my upper body ofter gets neglected while my leg is fatigued. I don't feel my leg is strong enough to run and I'm at an impasse. Any suggestions?

Can you do strength training? Caz tht could strengthen ur legs some b4 u start running? Or even biking.

Yes. I hope to, but that's sort of where I'm stuck. I don't know how far to go and not do something bad to the already fragile veins. Guess my next step is to ask my doctor.
