Water buddies we are all still hanging in there.Im super proud of you guys.Lets finish this month with a big bang.

Summer is right around the corner I want to make sure I feel and look great!

I'm going to the store now to buy some more water. This is a great month to start this challenge, it is so hot outside and water is the best to keep you hydrated.👍

I think you mean: what exactly is the water challenge? Well it's a challenge where you drink only water for a month and it make your skin admirable and radiant.

Four water bottles. My whole body feels cleaned and flushed out, and my skin is getting better a little.

Drink only water? Food intake is a no go? You are going to damage your body not help it by creating a binge.

No you eat, you just make healthy drinking choices which would be water... Oh I would've never excepted of I had to not eat, but you do.

Ok. That is the easiest way to cut weight is cut out the high sugar drinks.

Drink only water for 30 days! Tea is okay and if you have to have your morning cup of joe that's okay too! : )

Yes no sugar - thank you Justin! I tried green tea (nothing but tea!) on Saturday and I actually liked it!

You are welcomed. I work with athletes so there has not been too many diet ideas past by me that I don't know about.

Easy... Cut out the high sugar drinks,  alcohol, and junk food. Drink water, eat lean protein, fruits, & veggies.  STEP 1 COMPLETE.

Ok jus had 10 glasses of water 2 bottles of smart water been too the bathroom non stp and you wont belive it its raining outside lol😨

Hello my water drinking friends!  I just got an app for my iPhone and iPad for tracking my water intake.  I like it so far. It's called water your body. It's universal so you can use it for both devices - which for me is perfect because I don't bring my iPad to work.  There is a lite version for free or upgrade for 99 cents. 

I learned from this app that your water intake depends on your weight - which I guess when I think about it I already knew that but good information! I should be drinking 82 ounces! 

I have 10 more ounces to go!

Ok guyz it is lovely outside had my smart water this morning now some streching n a lil cardio so i can get rdy for my jogg at the park with a tall bottle of water
