Day 1 - 100 Crunches
Day 2 - 120 Crunches
Day 3 - 130 Crunches
Day 4 - 140 Crunches
Day 5 - 130 Crunches
Day 6 - 120 Crunches
Day 7 - 100 Crunches

I say go for it! But crunches honestly kill my lower back... Same with with situps but maybe as I get stronger I could try some...
