I want to lose 30lbs by summer but i need motivation,who would like to join the challenge with me to keep each other on track ;rules are to do atleast 1vedeo on skimble and to post weight lost atleast one a week also post every now and then how ur feeling challenge beggins today April 9th end on June 22nd let me know if ur in .oh and one more thing on ages 18 and over thanks

Sure. How consistently are you doing your workouts? And what's the intensity on them?

I WORKOUT 5 DAYS A WEEK AND I ONLY DO INTENSE WORK OUT

How long have you been doing that? If its been for a whole, then the next step is dieting. It's harder for a girl than a guy

It sound like u are already doing good just remember not to over foot but mostly with a balanced diet and exercise its all it takes :-)

First day starting this challenge. I just finished doing the Ab burner deluxe work out. Resting now. And try another workout in a bit. :)
