We'll do a squat challenge for 30 days, I'll post how many squats you should do every day. This will tone our butt/thigh area ;) 

WHO'S IN?

I am in.. I've only been training with a personal trainer for two years because I have Multiple Sclerosis. I wanted to do Crossfit but with my balance problems we quickly found out I can power lift. My personal trainer stands by me just in case.. I was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader so I'm extremely excited to find this site. I just adapt exercises within my limits and go strong on gym days. Sincerely, Barb
