Ok, so my dad fills/owns vending and pop machines ....so i'm still kinda new and thought I might want to try this....and the reason I wanted to "post" this is 'cause I wanted to see if anyone else wanted to try something like this.

I want to lose weight. I've been working out and starting to see results. Sweets and soda are my weakness. How long are you talking?

I'm in.....been drinking only water and Non sweetend tea for 3 months, so just Need to leave junk food and candy

Its OK...just if you catch your self eating junk food or drinking soda...get rid of it and get back on track.

I want to get in on this because I love junk i.e. cookies, cakes and any kind of chocolate candy. I don't drink anything but water and natural juice. We don't buy junk I sneak it when I'm out.

Hello Everyone! Just wanted to suggest to you all that maybe a better challenge would be something like a "1 a day  sweets challenge". No matter what only one sweet item a day, that way you can wean off it rather than going "cold turkey."  Makes for a much better result from my experience. Just a suggestion. Let me know if you have questions or such. :)

I m suffering with spine prkblem due to straightness.all back curves removed.in this situation  which exercise is best for me

Na it's in because its really good especially when your working out! But don't drink too much of it and drink more water :)

I've been doing this challenge since I was 10. That was back when I was overweight.
