Hello Everyone! Just wanted to suggest to you all that maybe a better challenge would be something like a "1 a day sweets challenge". No matter what only one sweet item a day, that way you can wean off it rather than going "cold turkey." Makes for a much better result from my experience. Just a suggestion. Let me know if you have questions or such. :)
