Ok have done 100 curls 30 push ups and 55 squats and I'm feeling the burn and did 3.2 miles yes baby on my way!!!

Ok I did 100 squats...I feel like my feet might've been too far apart though..I def felt the burn. Hope I did them right!

I can't do sit ups or push-ups according to my doctor :( via my back problems but I'm gonna do approved ab workouts 100 reps of those plus squats to keep up with y'all

Day 2 did the big three 100 total 300:) whew!! push-ups instead bicep curls, I'm alternating them
