Ok have done 100 curls 30 push ups and 55 squats and I'm feeling the burn and did 3.2 miles yes baby on my way!!!

Ok I did 100 squats...I feel like my feet might've been too far apart though..I def felt the burn. Hope I did them right!

I can't do sit ups or push-ups according to my doctor :( via my back problems but I'm gonna do approved ab workouts 100 reps of those plus squats to keep up with y'all

Haha!! Thankz linda. Oh ya! Before i for forget, ur 100 squad, push up n sit up program must do it within tat day or can it break it up by part like an hour do it 20 each?

Ya you can space them out like do 5 sets of 20 situps then do the same for pushups and squats. (5x20=100)
