A tough challenge!

I am gonna combined a couple different challenges! Lets do 10mins of planks a day, 100 sit-ups a day,50 push-ups a day,100 lunges a day and 100 squats a day for 30 days. You will see tons of improvements and look a whole lot stronger! Who is with me for this?

Ill die doing plank for ten mins but im game to attempt it all and get better. Count me in :)
