9300 crunches in 31 days- 300 per day challenge!

So I've decided to do 300 crunches everyday for the next 31 days and decided to see if anyone wanted to join me. In the end we will have done 9300 crunches, yes IT'S OVER 9000! You don't have to do them all at once and post your progress. Thanks!

Hi.i saw ur challenge n was like wow..i personally hate old school ab crunches...im up for the challenge even urs is almost over..but is the Ab lounge an option...push ups n crunches r my weaknesses n i need change that...wish me energy guys..Lol.

holy shit man thats alot but im gunna try n do that but situps not crunches. wooo lets see if i can do this im gunna push myself because im a strong fighter and i want it bad

As long as you don't over do it it's fine, if you do too much your muscles will tear...

I'm going to try doing 100 pushups and 200 squats to go along with it... hopefully it'll go well

Day one complete! Feel really energized right now, anybody know why, just curious.

Cuz the more exercise you do *to a certain extent* raises your endorphin and serotonin levels and you get more energised and slightly high in a natural way, lol. If you work out too much though, it will have the opposite effect, so I'm not saying to run a marathon to get buzzed...

Its all about what strength and sports you do. Example i do yoga, walk and bodyweight workout watch include press up so on.
