Eat clean challenge!
Everything unprocessed and as close to the earth as u can get. And no cheating! I just came off a binge past two days so i need some motivation to get back on track
I usually eat like this, so I'm definitely down
I am soo down for it
I think bc i was runnning on no sleep all week i was just mowing bready carbs alll week. Which is NOT how i eat. I feel so much better when i cut that stuff out. And today i was right back on track and i do feel great :) .. i love my spinach.
