Hi i am 15 and I play basketball, I am 5ft 8inchs and I want to be able to increase my vertical jump by about a foot and a half so I can touch the rim. I would like to do this in as little time possible. Does anyone have any advise on what muscles to work on or any workouts that I can do to achieve this goal. Thanks

Search for a pliometric routine. Pliometrics are various jumping exercises designed to improve bursting and quickness.
