Starting Today or Sun. Make a commitment to yourself by accepting the challenge and encouraging others to knock out 12miles over 7days/week. Running, Walking, Treadmill, Elliptical, Biking, Swimming Indoors or out. Whatever your style or flavor! I'm looking for anyone that wants to accept the challenge and encourage one another throughout the week. Personally, I like being held accountable and helping others achieve as well! It's a win-win deal...Who's in?

3.8 today....So 8.8 total, hopefully I'll have more energy tomorrow. I've been lifting weights again for the first time in a while. Mainly just to build lean muscle vs bulk, but it's catching up to me. My typical running endurance was lacking today! Cheers!
