You are AWESOME! I love this because as you stated "Run/jog/walk" doesn't matter, you showed up every day and didn't quit. The toughest part is showing up and getting going each day. Guys, girls, young, old...There's millions of diets, workout plans, expensive gyms, trainers and gimmicks. However, Victoria is a lesson to us all and she even has the pictures to prove it! It's determination. No matter your shape or size, it may take 30mins or 3 hours, a combination of walking and elliptical. We all have to get up and get going one day at a time. Victoria set...
