The goal is to loose 10lbs a month til the end of the year. That will start in the month of June. Which will be 70 pds if done correctly every month. Lets make some fat cry, bring it on if you dare!! No games just whoppin some fat a$$!!!

I'll join you... I just had a baby 7 wks ago and Im 35 lbs away from hitting goal weight of 150lbs. Ideally by September, so I'll be pushing hard to do that.

Down 4.6 so far... But then again I was only cleared to exercise (by my doc) on the 6th so now that I'm exercising almost everyday hopefully I can lose another 5-6 lbs And hit that goal for this month

I am down 10 pds already and the month isn't over....I made it!!! I post pics of my weight on the scale on my page if u ever want to check it out!!! Let's keep pushing everyone...to all of you that made it congrats, to those who are almost there don't worry the month ain't up yet

I'm in, ready to lose the weight as I have gained 15 kilos from last year December! I weigh 98 kilos tho, ideal weight would be 70 kilos to start with..  it's been almost four years since I've been that weight and/or below it. Time to take control of my body n health! Find something you enjoy to get it in... Do you like any sports or anything? When I get tired of formal exercise I play basketball or swimming instead

I finally lost 2 pds lol...I was maintaining too, but I lowered my cals just a tad and up my workout by 5 mins

I can't lower my cals too much because I'm breastfeeding ... So it makes losing the weight a little challenging but I'm not giving up.I'm down 1 lb currently.

My cycle started Saturday trying not to look at the scale. I am still at 194 just happy it hasn't gone up usually the water weight depresses me
