I'll join you... I just had a baby 7 wks ago and Im 35 lbs away from hitting goal weight of 150lbs. Ideally by September, so I'll be pushing hard to do that.
I'm up ti losing some weight and getting back into shape. I'm 190.
Down 4.6 so far... But then again I was only cleared to exercise (by my doc) on the 6th so now that I'm exercising almost everyday hopefully I can lose another 5-6 lbs And hit that goal for this month
Lost a additional 1.4 lbs so now Im down 6 lbs for June

I'm in, ready to lose the weight as I have gained 15 kilos from last year December! I weigh 98 kilos tho, ideal weight would be 70 kilos to start with.. it's been almost four years since I've been that weight and/or below it. Time to take control of my body n health! Well....Im down 9.2 lbs for the month of June only a few ounces shy of the 10lb goal.
HIT MY GOAL! Lost a little more weight over the weekend and hit 10.6 lbs for June. On to July....pushing to see the 160s!
I have been being lazy....I need a boost!!! What do you do to push that workout out when ur not up to it????
