Hey guys I'm new here trying to see how legit this is. I have a challenge fir everyone. This is a simple circuit but is going to be exhausting.
In 15 minutes you will first do 5 pull ups, 10 dips then 15 push ups in that order. You will keep doing this in a cycle for 15 minutes. Feel free to take breaks but the goal is not to and to get 15 sets done (pull ups, dips, and push ups= 1 set).
