Hi all.. Please help me with belly fat and I want to have my thighs thinner.. Please suggest me some challenges.. I'm going to start 30 day plank challenge for belly fat.. Wat other challenges can I join for thighs and hips.. Suggest plz

You can't just burn fat only from your thights you have you work your whole body. Walk every morning for one hour before breakfast. Drink only water. No soda. No refined carbs. Eat lots of leafy greans and eat clean...

Dont bother with the plank challenge. The best advice i can give anyone is start doing "insanity cardio abs" you will burn alot of fat in just 1 week
