Help? I want to lose 75 pounds or more, my weight right now is 176. Im 13. Im obviously overweight. So can anyone give me tips on how to lose weight?

Build on your fitness goal gradually. Right now your 176..may be could have goal to about 174...slowly. Try the workouts over here on the app, build up your heart rate but over do it..losing weight takes and patience. May be you can upload the myfitnesspal app. It's free. You track your calories and workouts. You just have to find our your total calorie intake needed by a trainer or a doctor.

I was 164 before. Ever since I started working out more and paying attention to what I eat, I've come down to 154! So it possible!!!

Do a lot of cardio workouts! Jumping rope, burpees, going for runs, mountain climbers, planks, push-ups are good too! All that stuff and I wish you luck in your journey!
