Tomorrow I have Athletic Trials at school and I just need some tips or advice to get my nerves leveled, to do the best as possible, warm up my muscles well before I run? I'm most probably going to do 100m Sprint, 150m Sprint, Long Jump and maybe Long Distance(1300m)?? Thanks I'd apreciate it if I can get some advice/tips [=

1500m and 100m wouldn't normally be two events an athlete would compete in together.
Usually the sprints (400m and below), and jumping events work best together as they use the same strength and acceleration muscles. Long distance running calls for more stamina and a different type of leg muscle.
