So, I'm only 13, and I'm a dancer from Europe, 48 kg, I've been working on my flexibility when I started to wonder should I lose weight. I feel more insicure everyday and I really don't want to have Eating Disorder but I can't stop wondering how would I look like if I lose at least 3 kg.
Girl you are only 13!!!! You will grow and your body will change. You will see that this changes your whole idea about your weight. In this progress you should not be focussing on losing weight at all. If you feel you are slightly too fat, you should focus on eating more healthy. NOT on eating less.
