So I really haven't noticed any changes yet, maybe I'm not doing enough???? Need help!!!

takes a while for you to even notice.i have been working out since about febuary and im still not where i want to be. depends on body type , diet ,and how much you really work out

Don't beat yourself up nothing work over night just stick to it. Others will see the change before u.

I agree just remember less calories in vs more calories = 3500 calories. Meaning if u taken in 15 00 calories your out take gotta be 1800  or more calories out.

May be you may not see much progress may be the people around may notice the little progress you've made :)

You have only done 8 workouts.  Take another look after 80 and i bet you can see a change then.
Be patient,  consistent and determined and you will get results
