Arm workouts without weights?

I really need to get my arms toned and build muscle in them, but I don't have any weights! are there any recommended workouts I could do that don't involve weights?

You can always use milk jugs, laundry jugs or food cans as weights, :) if you don't have any. Also a elastic band is great. But there are lots of exercises you can do without weights.

Your tricep brachii makes up the majority of your arm. So target triceps by doing dips and upward plank.

Body weight=push ups and pull ups both are great for arms.

Body weight exercises:
Floor inverted shoulder presses
Planks
Pushups
Tricep Dips (my fav)
Pull ups
